Mindful Flow

Embrace the present moment and reveal your fullest potential! Mindful flow,  combines vinyasa style movement, with mindfulness based stress relief techniques to provide students with an opportunity to slow down and tune-in. This intentional class, aims to bring students into experiencing the peace that comes with being mindfully present in the here and now. Kara creates a safe space where students can experience their own personal practice, while cultivating self-love and acceptance.

Come heat up with this brand new class, created by Kara. This fast- paced class incorporates yoga, moving meditation, healing dance, chakra balancing, chanting and core work for a total mind-body workout. Kara creates a safe space to reconnect with your body through intentional movement.

Tues 5:30- 6:30 PM

 

Meditate + move= relaxed you. Each week, sample a different meditation style followed by an inclusive, mindful yoga practice. Meditation practices include: visualizations, guided meditations, sacred gazing, sound journey, walking meditation, mindful drawing and more! ALL are welcome to this class: come as you are! No experience with yoga or meditation necessary.
